We've been having a lot of write-ups that are being presented to partners months after the incident. Is this a normal occurrence at all stores? Thank you!!!!

Depends. Best practice is right away. However, we have a ton of stuff on our plate and falls lower on my radar most days. So weeks, yes, months-less likely.
