anybody else work Sunday hell day?? I swear we are always understaffed on Sundays. We’re running a two person floor at 7:30 because our shift has a take a break. we have customers coming in through the drive-through and the café so I am doing warming mobile‘s café drinks and drive-through drinks and taking peoples orders in the café. The other barista is doing DTO and DTR in trying to flex for food. not to mention the people who are placing these mobile‘s are coming in two minutes after they ordered it. i want to cry

Are they there? If my SM had a problem with it I'd tell them to get me more coverage. If extra help didn't come I'd tell em we're either keeping the lobby closed or I'm walking out.

we have asked for more help but get ignored and say “well it wasn’t busy last week”. It’s always up to the SM. It’s like this every sunday and nothing change, we have voiced our concerns and nothing happens

A few stores in our district are closed due to their ac being broken. It was already he'll on Sundays and today is worse.
