No they’re the fucking WORST. It’s so obvious they don’t see us as people and they’re willing to bend or break any and every rule for their own convenience

this ain’t my first job. i’ve worked 3+ years in customer service. starbucks customers are a different breed. they’re super entitled and rude and starbucks only encourages their bad behavior

god i feel the same way. i know they're not all terrible and even when their requests aren't diffuclt and they aren't rude i cant help being irritated af. makes me feel like an asshole lol but i am filled with anger every shift
