Ok so if u make cold brew w the new toddy things to make a keg you’ll take one cube of cold brew and pour it into the keg then fill the cube w the same amount of water as cold brew and put it in the keg. Then put the suction top on!
Sequencing for me, we are still getting a lot of hot drinks so I pull most stickers (some shifts don’t like that) and start steaming milk or queuing shots while I start the cold drinks!
I only open and tbh we just turn the machines on, get ice, make tea, stock all food and just get prepared tbh.

for sequencing i make sure i’m listening and starting the drinks as soon as they are ordered. queueing shots for those shaken espressos helps a lot. if there’s a frap i make it and while it’s blending and i start another drink whether it’s a quick refresher or a hot bar drink or a chai. by the time it’s done blending you just finished another drink. to sequence fraps i like to put frap roast in both cups, milk as well, put one in the blender and the rest of the ingredients and blend it. while it’s blending put the rest of the ingredients in the other blender and blend that. it’s pretty self explanatory but it’s more about practice. i also like to get cold foam very first if it’s on the sticker that way by the time it’s done blending you’re golden and have the drink ready. i wish you the best of luck.

ALSO, if you’re on DTO or window or even cafe bar it’s always good practice to help your fellow partners in your down time. this just creates good karma and also leads by example and you’re more likely to get help when you’re on DT bar.

so for opening i follow a sequence. i first make dark roast, blonde, then pike, (one for drive thru too) and i set six min timers after i’m done with starting two. i also start my teas which take five mins. then i get ice and sanni. once i’m done with my hot coffee i make iced coffee. make sure everything’s prepared like sweet cream, whips, refreshers, and inclusions. this all usually takes 30 mins to do.
