Yasss had 2 shots of expresso and felt like I was having a damn heart attack. I’ve sense learned that I can handle 1 half decaf shot if it’s extremely diluted 😂

My heart rate at work is usually 130-150bpm. Idk if it's anxiety/stress. All my tests are normal 🤷‍♀️

honestly i change it up almost every time i go! They used to have a whole array of options on their menu (like a secret menu almost) but it’s since been removed from their website but you can still order the drinks that were there! You could google dutch bros secret menu and there are a ton of websites that have decent lists

I really love all of their blended rebels i’ve had there (energy drink with some syrups). I’ll also go for a caramelizer or a horchata chai with 2 shots of espresso! But i love changing it up whenever I go and i’ve never had a disappointing drink there haha
