How to make a nitro cappuccino? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I'm an American barista and out of curiosity spent a while browsing the starbucks.uk menu when I came across the nitro cappuccino. Is the cold milk foam the same as regular cold foam? Can any UK baristas give me the rundown on how to make one of these? As a nitro and cappuccino fan my interest has been piqued (though I fail to see how this constitutes as a cappuccino at all).

Could be like an iced cappuccino. In reference to when they used cold foam.

I thought the same, but the website said the nitro gets poured *over* the cold foam which I guess is the part that confused me most. I'll try and compare it w an iced cappuccinos next time I'm on bar.
