I’ll be getting a shift lead interview soon, I’ve been with SB a few years now and finally feel ready to be a shift leader, any tips?

I’m about to do the same thing! Make sure to use specific examples when it comes to questions and have this basic formula for answering them name, place, reason of bringing up example, and solution to problem stated. Good luck my interview is tomorrow so I wish us both luck!
