Lolol 😭 then he will wait at the hand off til every current person that ordered before him gets served unless another barista is free for a moment lol i felt so bad the other day...so theres this girl that mobile ordered and she asked for 2 pup cups and i was slammed making drinks even with a cold bar person. There were just way too mamy drinks goin on at once. She was really nice but like when she asked, i said "of course! May i grab it for u in just a second? Im slightly backed up on orders" and she was so kind and said "yea no problem, take ur time!"

So i keep workin on orders and i totally forgot her 2 pup cups 😭😭 and she was about to leave and still was very nice and said "its ok! I have to go" and one of my other partners at that time was able to grab the pup cups for her and i kept apologizing because i genuinely forgot and she was nice the entire time!!
