First off, I’m a bit confused why your store would have you training with someone who’s still practically new themselves. Second, I don’t think the way your coworkers are approaching you about it is helpful or necessary either. It shouldn’t be something where they’re questioning you about the way you do things, they should patiently and kindly approach it as a learning opportunity and help you out.
It’s not a big deal when someone does something incorrectly or out of standard, and I hate when coworkers turn it into something it’s not. It makes the other person feel embarrassed and probably uncomfortable. The way I see it, it’s a learning opportunity for everyone.
I’m sorry your experience has started off this way, hopefully you get some better training. You’ve got this!! It gets easier with time 😊

As someone who is pretty new, I’m still learning stuff. Luckily I have super great coworkers who aren’t bitchy, but my trainer wasn’t the best either. He covered some stuff but not everything, which led me to make a bunch of mistakes in the next couple weeks. It’s okay, everyone has been new. Try to find someone who makes you feel comfortable asking questions and then ask as many as you can. You’ll do great. :) also let’s be real, we all just fake it till we make it anyways.
