Unless the complaint is just affecting u the sm would most likely know who called even without a name. Also the cycle is they tell the dm. And then dm tells sm. If the sm is vindictive they will try to get u.

I appreciate your honesty. It’s not just me, I’m just the only one who is actually trying to find a real solution. Our SM shows favoritism to certain people and talks bad about some of the rest of us. What the SM is doing is bringing division between the partners instead of unity and causing us to feel like it’s us vs. them. I’m not young, naïve or a new partner. I started in 2015, I’ve worked in multiple stores with multiple different managers and lots of different people. I know WHO you work with makes ALL the difference in your work experience. I know how to get along with people. I’m just so sad and disappointed with how this SM is not just ignoring some extremely important standards (like some food safety guidelines) but making fun and laughing about the ssv’s (who coach the baristas on those standards) when the ssv’s aren’t there.
Our first thought would be to talk with our SM about it but they won’t listen and they aren’t going to change.
Our next thought is go to our DM but they are new, we don’t know them and we are afraid they will side with the SM. Then the only thing that would happen is we will get retaliation from the SM.

Ah sounds like the sm that got me fired before. She eventually got fired and left the state, where I came back. The dm sided with my sm because it’s harder to replace a sm apparently. Ur sm won’t last long if they are violating the health codes.

If youre speaking about something you want to tell ethics, you can always remain anonymous. Just let them know youd like to make an anonymous report about something in your store

Ok thank you!!
I’m not at work right now do you know if I can reach Ethics by calling 888-Sbux-411?
Due-Ear81051 points1y ago
I believe they will transfer you over if asked, but our ethics number for america is 1-800-611-7792
You can also do it electronically if talking on the phone is a bit much. $1
