Some are just downright funny. One time I got a mobile for a strawberry and cream frappuccino with no strawberry purée. It’s just the best entertainment we got on the job.

Making fun of people’s disgusting orders, large delivery orders, and other terrible aspects of the job makes it more bearable

No one should be drinking more than 10 pumps of sugar! No one should be ordering a million items for a delivery!

For real, I mean I enjoy laughing at a silly drink order but that doesn’t mean I’m not gonna make it to the way they want it because they paid for it. I work with a few barista‘s who constantly judge and complain about making these type of drinks. But honestly I don’t mind them because it gets me something else to do while they’re too busy fucking around and or not doing their job correctly. In my opinion the amount of time that they spend messing around and judging drinks could be used to perfect their barista craft (keep in mind these barista‘s have been here longer than me) . Or at least that’s what I do,

Bad take. I have to make it either way. Someday a big order entertains me and other days it makes me wanna chug urnex. I’m gonna hand it to the customer with a smile either way doesn’t matter how much shit I talk behind their back.

I’ll comment on a rather weird drink, but mostly because I like weird drinks myself ((dead espresso, Lemonade and espresso, matcha and peppermint syrup)) most of the ‘weird’ ones I’ll try and they’re actually good. Don’t knock someone’s drink till you try it

Sorry but if the drink is nasty or silly I will make fun of it. Not to the customers face, bc I’m not that mean. The comparison of laughing at another culture’s food is a far reach, getting 12 pumps of sugar in a refresher stuffed with 12 inclusions is no one’s culture. It’s just so crazy how people are ordering things they have no idea what they’re actually ordering and making my life harder by getting conflicting things in the same cup and screaming at me for it tasting like shit. It doesn’t mean I won’t make it for them or hand it off with a smile, but it also doesn’t absolve them from judgement.
