today a lady was snippy to us and I wasn't hesitant to be snippy back. She ordered two caramel ribbon crunchs and tried to berate me and our new hiree about putting extra, extra, extra caramel. Like being so adamant that there is LOTS of caramel and crunches.

I turned around after our hiree was getting the bulk of the yelling and I was trying to teach her how to make fraps, I turned around and told the lady "yes, I heard you the first 7 times! move from the counter or else we will have to refund you for disturbing our customers and us workers". she just huffed and stood by but away.

I loved caramel before but now I can't stand caramel because of how ridiculous people get with it and I always smell like caramel because of always refilling the bottles and the sauce dripping on my apron.

The line the cup button can have multiple iterations in one ticket so I spam that shit when they want alot so the barista knows.

had a customer mobile order and come in less than a minute later to lean over the bar bc their caramel crunch was EXTRA EXTRA crunch and EXTRA EXTRA drizzle or they’d have it remade. used a whole brand new bottle of crunchies and almost half a bottle of caramel drizzle on that drink. they said “finally someone who can make a drink right.” i know it’s not standard nor are they paying for the excessive ingredients but i’d rather not fight with someone over something like that. bc they ALL mean business when you hear extra extra drizzle or crunch
