I got moved stores 3 months in. Honestly its been a good experience because I had more opportunities to prove myself. I didn't get any bar practice before, but here I got tons and feel super confident. It's all a learning opportunity.
You'll also notice different standards that maybe they missed that you can now see from your training, or maybe standards you missed in your training that they actually follow.
If you're looking to develop, having multiple stores under your belt is a plus.

That’s very valid!! I’ve been at starbucks for about a year and I only covered at another store for the first time last week, and it was really nerve wracking. I brought a fidget and a worry stone to hold when I was off the floor / on a break to help me calm down, and that definitely helped!! I’d also recommend visiting the store you’re covering at before your shift there to get a little familiar with the layout and environment, and maybe introduce yourself to the baristas working there if you’re comfortable!! It’s definitely scarier before you get there because if the anticipation, but you’ll be okay :) Don’t be afraid to ask questions too!! Good luck :)
