For all. There’s a separate promotion that is coming up (or maybe it’s already happening) that is for select customers. This week’s Weekly Update mentioned it on the calendar part.

She's not wrong but it's more like, you have to have an active account (one that wasn't downloaded that day) to receive the promo. Members will need to wait a week to be eligible to receive the next week's promotion. That's what I've been seeing this week as compared to last week, as the coupon shows "not available " to same day download users. This could be not the case tho if a user downloaded the app the previous day so their account was available to receive the promotion to their account.

i’ve been hearing that too but it’s hard to tell who can’t use it and who’s already used it. so we can’t tell if it’s a problem for our store specifically or if customers are trying to cheat us
