I realized a mobile was sitting there for about an hour(during a busy rush) and was about to dump it when the phone rang. I went through my usual spiel and the girl goes "I ordered about an hour ago and you still haven't delivered my drink". She was very angry, and I was trying to reassure her that our Uber orders got picked up and we had nothing here. I suggested she call uber to figure it out. "I didn't order uber eats" she replied. I was floored and asked her how she ordered. Yelling at me she said "I ordered through your stupid app and your delivery service sucks".
Basically she told me to get my ass in my car and deliver her drinks, BUT HOW DO I EVEN KNOW YOUR ADDRESS?! like ma'am I'm not a kind reader or a GPS I have no idea where you're even located!!!
What the hell?! Like where do you even see the option for delivery on the mobile app. I told her to come in or call customer service and proceeded to dump out her mobile order

Lmao people cant be that clueless. Theres no way. Cuz then there wouldnt be any hope.. lol
Like when u order in the app, it indicates ZERO things about delivery lol what does she expect, baristas to do the jobs of more than 1 person in the store and deal with crazy rushes and deliver drinks to peoples houses?? Lol whattt. The receipt on the app tells u when ur order will be ready and it doesnt say a single thing about delivering or delivery or about putting ur address in for a delivery or anything along those lines lmao when it gives her the time frame of lets say 10 to 15 mins for example.... does she really think that throughout all the customers and orders that have to be fulfilled at the store, does she really think that there will be enough time to get their order come through and then start it and then finish it and package it and get in the car and get it to their house within that 10 to 15 minutes? Like this logic is insanity

Lmao and for her to be rude on top of being incorrect? Lol wow. Im sorry she was so rude about it too. I think ive heard of another instance like that which someone mentioned on here recently lol

Customers: I have been a regular for x years, I know the business better than you. Any barista worth their salt should be able to service cusyomers on the floor *and* deliver without hold ups! Pathetic.
