My first day as a barista at my local store starts tomorrow. Ive noticed baristas are allowed to wear hats which I'm so happy about because my hair does what it wants and won't behave especially in any sort of heat. with that being said which is the better choice? the full hat or visor?

I prefer the full hat, but if your manager is chill and hasn’t specifically said you need to pick just one, you can try asking for both tbh. I asked for both and got both. But I also work at a Tarbucks so maybe that was why it was okay 🤷🏻♀️

Usually you have to pay for the visor… in my experience because we got the hate. I like the visor a lot more because I could do my hair however it needed to be like up high or downlow
