don’t worry our store’s fly problem is pretty bad too. we even have one of those fly shields (fans) in our drive thru but it’s practically useless. the best way to manage the current fly situation you guys have is just to be as sanitary as possible and wipe things down constantly (i.e. messy syrup pumps, pastry case, etc). It’s sort of inevitable for this time of year tho.
