Hi [Name Of Your Boss],
DATE
I’m writing to let you know that on DATE, TWO Weeks From today. I will be resigning from my role as Barista at Starbucks.
I’m truly grateful for all that I have learned from you while working together and how much I’ve grown as a Barista while working here.
Thank you again for this opportunity. I hope we get the chance to work together again in the future!
Best,
YOUR NAME

Someone literally wrote on a piece of receipt paper "this is my 2 week notice" 🤣 so I mean you can either be professional about it or super petty.

I don’t think Starbucks requires a written notice but if you want you could just write something simple, like three or four lines explaining that you’re submitting your two weeks notice, the date you will officially finish, and something stating that you’re thankful for the experience if you feel so inclined. That’s probably the most professional way to do it imo. Here’s a template I found online.
Dear [manager name], I am writing this to provide a two week notice for leaving the company as of [today’s date]. My last day will be [2 weeks from today]. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and best of luck in the future.
