The amount of managers that either say the policy incorrectly, fail to communicate the policy in time, or completely just ignore/forget to tell partners the policy all together is infuriating to me. Aren’t SM’s supposed to be good at stuff like this?
I’m pretty sure the policy is that you need to upload a positive test result to some sort of application/service on the BOH computer. If you don’t have that positive test result though, you may be out of luck.

It does irritate me how they only responded after I had given my shifts and had a negative result. I was waiting for a follow up for at least 4 days before giving up the shifts, in fear that they'd be upset I didn't find coverage. As well as they asked if I had any shifts that needed coverage, before I asked if there was any form of covid pay.

If it was negative there is no COVID pay. COVID pay is only with a positive test. You isolate for 5 days - test day + 5 and then come back. If you are out longer you can use sick pay.

When I had contacted my sm I sent them a positive result but they didn't respond to me and left me on read, but kept posting messages on main group chat. It wasn't until I was cleared they responded to me. But thank you for the info! Is there a link I can find this info?

If you just google starbucks hub you can log in from home. On the right hand side should be a link for COVID resources.
