Yes all the time. I think shifts can look up how many drinks per half hour or like items or something

we can look up customers per half, which doesn't translate to drinks.

If you go to the department report (can't remember the exact name) you can look up how many drinks were made.

now i will.. i used to work at a hot topic and we had to manually keep track of how many people had phone numbers and who didn’t, and in a busy 4 hr shift it was insane when i could see i had 90+ transactions!

I make a drink in around 45 seconds or less. But I don’t work in a busy store.
