This is the time to confess that even though I speak English fluently I didn't know what a "wet cappuccino" was and once an English speaking customer asked me for a wet cappuccino and I was like "Yes it is gonna be wet. Coffee and milk are liquid."

for a wet cappuccino would you fill the cup as if it had foam? so like mid wayish or just all the way like a latte?

๐๐ฌoof- I can tell you what I do but I can't 100% say it's the correct way. Mid wayish/65%ish rest foam is what I do.(this is mainly when my foam isn't stiff and it comes out more like latte consistency.

Are they thinking of a cappuccino that comes out with all the ingredients at one time at the press of a button from a gas station/convenient store? Lol ๐

Talk to pat and explain the difference between americano, latte and cappuccino. They don't know and would probably appreciate it if done sweetly/ genuinely

I was going to but she looked like she knew what she what she was ordering. But if this happens next time I will because she wasting her money when she could have just gotten a tall oatmlk latte!!
When people order drinks like this I sometimes think it's just for appearances so sometimes I don't inform them. But if they sound unsure or are a bit hesitant then I let them know.
