i have no idea what the standard on this is so i’ll just tell you what my store does. for things like warmed sandwiches that’ll be awkward to fit into the panini bags (sausage cheddar, dsb, rftb, etc) we’ll double bag pastry bags. personally, every time i try to shove one of the regular breakfast sandwiches into a panini bag they get squished and customers complain
