It depends on your customization but you mainly have to add it all up yourself.Ev en then there is no guarantee that the milk is the proper amount or it the pump had air so you get more syrup or less syrup.

i mean where can i find how much the specific customizations are, like for example how many calories is a pump of raspberry lol

You can Google it. From there, you have to calculate it yourself. I’ll use your example of the 1 pump of raspberry. Google says it’s approximately about 20 calories and 5g of sugar. If you wanted more pumps, you would add that in. Of course, it’s an estimate and we can’t really tell you 100%.
