just started at a corporate store, little confused on how partner markouts work. (self.starbucksbaristas)

hi guys, i just started at a corporate store after about a year at a licensed store, but i have no idea how partner discounts work. so i understand the 30% at every starbucks location on everything, and the free food and drink, but do the free things work anywhere else? my sm said 7 free food items a week, and up to five free drinks per shift. can the food markout be used at other stores, or only mine? and do i have to be scheduled to work the day i get the food?

One free bean mark out a week, 30% off at any corporate Starbucks location and applies to all purchases, free drink half an hour before your shift starts all the way to the end of your shift (only allowed to mark out one drink at a time and you’re supposed to finish it before marking out another drink but that’s up to a manager’s discretion), you get 7 food mark outs a week. You can’t use food mark outs at other locations and they must be marked out during your shift. Say you only work one shift a week. You could technically mark out all 7 food items for the week during that shift. Hope it makes sense

if you work at another store, you can totally mark out a food item as part of your 7 weekly. and free drinks too. you do have to be scheduled to work there or covering a shift and it has to be within 30 minutes before/after your shift.
