Is the August 1st pay raise for older employees only? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I got hired this summer and everywhere I've looked it says only those hired on or before May 2nd get the $15 an hour raise. Is this true? Cause I would be so mad that everyone around me gets a raise while I'm stuck at $12 an hour. Yeah they've been here longer and need it but I need it too I have bills to pay :(

All partners will make at least $15 an hour starting in august. The various percentages above will vary but no one will be under $15.

15$ minimum across the board, 3% pay raise if you were hired before may 2nd and if its higher than the 15$ minimum.

The weekly update says it’s only for partners hired before then, otherwise you will continue to be paid $12
