There is a standard for embroidery.
Only certain text style , size and color and has to be lined up a certain.

Im in a rural part of texas and I constantly get complimented on my she/her pin, so does my friend with their they/them pin. It’s honestly surprising for the area and it makes me so happy inside even though I’m a cis female, the validation is beautiful.

not necessarily! it just depends on your store manager for that, they have to get them embroidered and it’s not a corporate thing. my first manager did it for me when i got hired but my current manager won’t get aprons embroidered

You should probably ask for your apron, too. Like I said, this is super cute but not according to corporate standards, which means you/your store could in trouble if corporate sees these. I hope you don't and I hate being that person.
