Apply somewhere else and get a job before quitting. It's easier to get a job if you have a job.
Alternatively just keep it super professional at work. Don't talk about other/watch what you say. Less is more sort of idea.

If you think you can keep your head down and out of drama then stay. But I just left a job after 3 years because of a toxic work environment like that (where yes even the managers were involved) and I’ve never felt better. If managers are just talking shit rather than addressing concerns then they’re probably a poor manager. And they’re only going to make your life hell as well. I’ve experienced it. Try and see if another Starbucks around is hiring. Or just find a new job altogether.
Leaving after a certain period of time isn’t awkward. They showed you quickly how bad of a choice that place is. Never stay somewhere because of reasons like that. If you’re uncomfortable, then you are uncomfortable. And it’s your responsibility to make the adjustments. But I would definitely recommend having another place in line before just handing in your notice.

My advice is to try harder not to get sucked into the negativity

Sounds a lot like my store. I just started there and the same thing is happening. Can't wait to leave after summer for college. 😩

Quit if you don’t feel good with your coworkers. Having good partners is pretty much one of the only things that makes the job tolerable. I loved my partners they were amazing people. I can’t imagine staying as long as I did if it wasn’t for that.
