How long did you get a call back after your interview that you were hired?

It took a week for me, which is the typical time it takes. It really just all depends on your store.

We post schedules 3 weeks out and plan 4-5 weeks out. If the manager hasn't planned ahead to schedule a trainer for training shifts, and don't want to or can't redo the schedule for whatever reason, it can take that long to bring you in/on. I try hard not to adjust people's schedules out of courtesy. That could also be the case. I let applicants know usually same day before they leave whether they are hired or not, bring them in a few days later after they've completed their initial on boarding paperwork. There is a lot involved. Don't get your hopes up! Shoot them an email asking about a timeline and what you can expect moving forward, pop in (Mondays are best!) Or give them a call. Sorry so long, but I hope this helped and gave you better insight.

Thanks so much! The manager told me she’d let me know on Wednesday because she has two more candidates to interview.
