Has anyone else experienced issues of the kale bites turning into a soupy mess after taking it out of the oven?

Yeah, had some basically disintegrate when I took them out of the oven yesterday

I had a couple of them poof up and become like double the size almost but no soup yet, also haven't been on oven in a week.
