Do they know it's not possible to make the shaking espresso without ice because the coupling will literally explode off honestly I would just refuse to make this one or pass it to my manager or not even make a shaking espresso cuz that's definitely not shaking espresso

I hear ya dawg. I don’t think it’d take too much longer. Shake and use the lid to hold back the ice, you gotta pour the espresso into the cup anyway. And idgaf abt the cust losing some espresso due to it clinging to the ice, consequences of their modification

the way i make these is i put the syrup, the shots of espresso, and then i’ll pour the milk to the juice/milk line and then shake it. cools down the shots that way and if they try to complain i’ll explain i filled the milk to where it would go w/o ice 🤷🏼♀️

I had to make a BOSE with no ice today and was made to fill it to the top with oat milk. You can bet your ass I did not waste one single second more than needed 'shaking' an iceless shaken espresso drink. I'm so sick of these stupid requests. You're going to order a stupid drink, you're going to get a stupid drink delivered to you. Sorry not sorry but I don't have time for those shenanigans during peak.
