I had three days off 18-20 which is perfect I asked for a 4 day work week anyway but I haven’t been getting it. This morning when I woke up I had a notification that my schedule was changed now I woke the 19. I texted and asked if I should
Just find coverage, no response. Are they allowed to do this without notice? In the system is there proof that my schedule has been changed without telling me?

You should be able to see on the app when and who changed your schedule. Just tap on the shift

Just went back and checked the shift was deleted with still no text back lol

They did this to me on the 4th of July, but I was gaslit being told I was always scheduled 🙃

The best thing to do would be to screenshot the app as soon as it comes out (typically Monday nights) or take a picture of the paper schedule. If you have this proof and proof that they never texted you (you wouldn't need to screenshot, just the text Convo should work), you can always talk to Partner resources and they can look into it. Managers shouldn't change the schedule after putting it out without communication.
