Anyone know how to talk to your manager about getting a raise? (self.starbucksbaristas)

at starbucks, they dont really do individual raises unless you go up in position (ex. barista —> barista trainer —> Shift)

They don’t do raises fir barista trainers they only get bonuses for training ppl

It has to be approved by the DM if it’s outside of a general raise that everyone gets. I’ve honestly never heard of it happening. I’ve asked, and you basically have to plead your case to them.
