They probably just don't want it to be hot but don't think about kid temp

So like..cold milk with mocha sauce? Lol or did they actually want it steamed milk and mocha sauce with ice added to it?

Edit: i just saw somebody elses comment that "add ice" sometimes means that people just wana add a few cubes in their hot drinks such as coffees or whatever just to cool it down a little so they can start drinking it right away. Thats so true! I think thats what the barista who took this order meant. I definitely have people order hot coffees and ask for a few cubes of ice in it. But like the other commenter said, the customer probably doesnt realize that kid temp is available

Why the iced cup?

When people order coffee w ice at my store they just mean they want a little ice to cool it down.

I'm guessing they wanted chocolate milk?
