How bad is an 11 days notice of resignation vs the normal two weeks? Recently had Covid which denied me the opportunity to give the proper amount of time.

depends on your manager. should be okay but they can potentially put you under the no hire list

It is not a hard fast rule to give 2 weeks, more of a respect thing to give notice.

Just give your last day that you're available. If they give you any issue, there is literally nothing to stop you from changing your last day to this current one. Under at will employment, any notice is merely a courtesy.

This is correct, but you’d most certainly be marked as not able to be rehired. If the bridge is worth burning you can literally do whatever.

tbh anything is better than quitting on the spot for them lol. that’s plenty of time. my last job i just told my manager i’d be there for the rest of the week then i’d be gone and it was fine

14 days would be best. You would put yourself in a better light if you ever use the job for a reference or a rehire. Your manager writes comments in your separation documents, ( prsc doesn't black list anyone anymore, rehire eligibility is purely hiring manager discretion based on interview and comments) and those can be read to perspective employers. You also wouldn't put any team members out for being short.
