I use a combination of pain markers and Acrylic paint (when I can’t find the exact color I need, which unfortunately is everything on my name tag BUT the white name) with a VERY tiny paint brush and a lot of patients lol

Thank u thank u! And honestly you should try it! You might surprise yourself. It’s easier with the black back ground bc it doesn’t have to be perfect and you can fix it with sharpie :))
