Transferring but wanting advice (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi fellow baristas,
I accepted a new job in another state so I will be moving. I was hoping to transfer stores because I’m not sure my new job alone will be enough. Was hoping to get advice about which store to transfer to but it looks like we can’t share personal info on the sub. Does anyone know of resources to see what partners think of their own stores? I would hate to transfer to a store with a bad rep :(

Incoming likely-unpopular opinion:
Read the google reviews--keeping in mind when they were written bc a new SM could come in a change the climate of the store. If customers get a bad vibe from the place, steer clear. Easy.

Sounds like a decent plan to me. Customer reviews don’t give the full picture but they probably are a good indicator of how the store itself operates!
