This person is so hard headed and won’t listen. I sent them a screenshot of the frozen one alrdy which does say butter down but they won’t listen. If everyone in their store and online tells them no and they still think they’re right, there’s no point in convincing them. Of course there’s no correct way to make a regular grilled cheese but there is a standard way for Starbucks.
