I'll never understand people who do sugar replacements and get 12+ packets bro....like. just stop drinking these things I understand having a need for a stimulant but this? Isn't helping whatever dietary restrictions or issues avoiding 'sugar'......I'm waiting for sbux to give us just straight dispensers for these im sovtired of tearing open dozens of packets of this crap lol

i have a homeless man who comes in sometimes who gets a tall pike with 10 sugars. one time he came in twice in one day! we have a homelessness problem in my city (especially around where my store is) and ive noticed a lot of them go for a lot of sweetness (3+ sugars, lots of cream, honey in addition to sugar, frappucinos if they have enough, syrup pumps in regular coffee) i think its a cheaper way to get lots of calories, and a lot of them have a sweet tooth besides. Obv some people just have crazy sweet tooths lol, just something ive noticed at my store!

Almost daily we get a mobile order with 2 venti lattes with 12 Splenda each

As a store that has a sticker machine I am so confused on wtf is this drink? Sweet cream cold foam cold brew? Splash of b? What’s b? Butter? I’ve had a guy ask for butter in his Frappuccino so I wouldn’t be surprised

One time we had this woman come in who ordered something similar. A partner said something and she heard. Turns out it was the only way she could take some of her chemo meds without puking because of the taste.

CR in the custom box means caramel drizzle. Show your POS person more efficient markings, save some time. Could have have had like 6 of the Splenda packets open by the time they finished spelling everything out

Is Splenda even bad for you? I thought it was a healthier alternative to regular cane sugar. Also, I’ll never understand why y’all literally pull out your phone just to take a picture of someone’s drink to post it on reddit (why is your phone out when you’re supposed to be working?). I hope the customers don’t see when you do it. I get you need to vent or blow off steam considering it’s a stressful job, but idk, it’s just kind of weird. Maybe that’s just me though.
