just keep practicing! focus on yourself and your skills. the drinks will get easier to remember the more you practice. even though, i am pretty good and quick with bar.. if it's not too busy before i make a drink, i like to type it in on the register to double check everything (how many shots go in, what milk, any toppings etc.) before i start making the drink.. this helps a lot and gives you some self-encouragement when you already know what's in there before you type it in... also in my free time, ill go over the recipe cards. as far as the ssv.. they'll have to get over it! not everyone will be understanding and that's ok but if you need to go to your manager do that!! bc who wants to feel unwelcome on their 2nd/3rd day esp. when starbucks is supposed it be a "welcoming" environment
