Hate to say it but I’m a 1+ year partner and it’s still a challenge to remember on a foggy brain day. You can write them down on paper to keep in your apron and use clear packaging tape to waterproof it. That’s what I have in my apron at all times. I suggest you water proof it once you find a lay out you like.
Practice makes perfect so make them as much as you can. I’m a physical learner so I had to picture the sizes and shots for certain drinks in a weird way. I assigned the sizes flavors. Venti is a vanilla latte, grande is caramel, tall is toffe nut. It helped me to at least get them down for lattes hot, then from there you can adjust. You can do color coding if that helps. Another thing is just studying them really. You can test yourself with the Starbucks app when it comes to the numbers of shots and pumps.

If you know cold bar syrups then you know hot bar syrups! Hot bar is mainly just one more pump. Ex. Cold bar tall - 2 pumps so hot bar tall - 3 pumps, Cold bar grande - 3 pumps so hot bar grande 4 pumps, etc
I also have a song I sing “3,4,5 but if it’s iced venti 6” and as for shots it’s always “1,2,2 but if it’s iced venti it’s 3”

It’s 1pump for every 4 ounces for standard drinks. That helped me

If you are on register, look at the ingredients of drinks you ring up. Since I don’t get in bar a lot, this helps me even when I’m somewhere else

Time is the best thing I’ve been working at Starbucks for a month and it just one day comes to you
