Undertoes are good or conpanna. I don’t like straight espresso so having the cream really helps them go down. If you don’t know an undertoe, basically you pull the shot on the back of a spoon over some milk, I use oat. Another healthy way of getting energy before a shift is to take a iron supplement with some food, I do peanut butter toast. The iron upsets my stomach when it’s empty. But it gives great energy

my go to drink lately has been 4 shots of blonde over ice with 4 pumps of white mocha and 4 pumps of peppermint with a splash of soy. honestly anything with blonde espresso is good and has more caffeine compared to the regular espresso

Iced Triple Blonde espresso with a splash of heavy cream, 2 pumps cinnamon dolce and 2 pumps white mocha in a grande cup. Or if you want something plain, I would just do 4 pumps of sugar free vanilla with a splash of heavy cream.

i like experimenting w the shaken espressos, if u like the brown sugar one i like to do (for a venti) 4 pumps of brown sugar and 2 pumps of chai and another add shot, if i rlly need the energy for like an opening shift u can’t go wrong w a sweet cream cold brew or nitro

I'm actually pretty partial to the BAYA Raspberry Lime, but unfortunately we can't use numbers for it.
I guess you can't go wrong with a blonde shaken espresso, though
