Yesterday I did an interview, I wasn’t shaking or anything, my English level is excellent but I got rejected for no reason, Do you think I got rejected because the way how I look? For being ugly ? (i.redd.it)

You’re never rejected for no reason. Either the SM didn’t need the availability you had and/or thought your fit with the store would not be good. Nobody on here can say what exactly went wrong but those are the two most likely options - physical looks wouldn’t be high on there unless you don’t have good hygiene.

Here in Saudi Arabia you can take the Interview multiple times but the thing is there was at least 150 participants and in the capital we have only 20 branches

Gotcha! I’m not sure how it would work in Saudi Arabia but I assume the store will still hire based on availability first and foremost.
