I used my wife’s nail polish remover and it worked like a charm!

The magic eraser works well. If you're in a pinch, the oven cleaner works wonders too but use it sparingly and with gloves etc.

It should be water soluble, if not try hydrogen peroxide? Or the graffiti cleaner, it’s yellow bottle

I’m going to try the acetone tomorrow! The signs have been sitting outside since at least May and I’m trying to revamp them. Scrubby’s, oven cleaner, and white sponges haven’t worked so far but I’m hopeful

Failing all else, hot soapy water and a green scrubber pad usually works (although it might wear you out).

Seconding this. I’d use hand sanitizer on anything with a Sharpie stain as well.
