the other morning a woman in my drive through asked for a slice of “the lemon breakfast bread”.

i guess we’re just having cake for breakfast now.

This is a glitch that sometimes happens with various food items. The day that all the orders came out saying both warmed and not warmed was… confusing.

Lmao reminds me of the guy who demanded to get his lemon loaf warmed and that baristas did it for him all the time. Sir no the most I can do is let in sit on the open door to get it more room temp but I’m not getting boiling icing everywhere and burning off my skin just to sit on hold with Sedgwick for 3 hours.

When I told a customer that the lemon loaf can’t be warmed she said “just do it” like no love you don’t understand

people like to customize the crap out of their mobile orders. i once had a brown sugar shaken espresso mobile order clarifying that it had oat milk, cinnamon powder, three shots (for a grande) etc etc i was like DUH

It actually annoys me when a customer ask for these items warmed and I’m like no the icing will catch on fire if I do—to their dismay!
