Build your drink online and it’ll tell you.

iced coffees, shaken espressos, and cold brew get half pumps of syrup, each full pump has 20 calories, and the grande size gets 4 pumps.

so 40 calories in 2 pumps of caramel syrup - if they used half pumps, it would be 20, and 0 in the sugar free.

judging by the color of the iced coffee, I'd guess somewhere from 1 to 2 tbsp of half and half, equaling around 20 to 40 in cream.

I'd guess the drink is about 60-80 cals with full pumps and 40-60 with half pumps.

edit: math, and apparently iced coffee doesn't get 1/2 pumps...

Iced coffees dont get half pumps. Unless there was a recent update about it that i missed

interesting... thank you for letting me know, we got trained with those getting 1/2 pumps
Responsible_Snow7109 5 points 11m ago
Oh yea no prob, i just think the person who told u was incorrect because they probably were told that incorrect info from someone that trained them. Yea iced coffees from what i kno are full pumps unless it changed recently that im not aware of

much appreciated! good thing I did my math wrong anyways, so at least the total stays the same

20 cals per pump (aside from the sugar free of course) and anywhere from 30-70 cals depending on the cream pour
