If it doesn't , I like to use posca pens for mine and they tend to stay a lottt longer than chalk markers. I'm not sure what you used to make it, but I hope that helps! I hate having a beautiful name tag ruined and washed away too quickly :(( hopefully the spray paint seals it nicely!

A mixture of acrylic and paint pens! I coated the top with a clear spray paint :)
