4 Months in and Im a Barista Trainer now, any tips on getting better? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey, So after working for all 4 months of my employment, I finally became a barista trainer. I have an idea as to where I can improve and such, but no idea what should be a key object of improvement. Just don’t wanna be a trainer with nothing to back it up.

if u know of any other trainers or can get in contact with any other trainers, talk to them and asked them for tips. that’s what i ended up doing when i was actively training but even now i still have a lot to learn😅
