It’s not just my name 😭 All of my credit and debit cards are banned too!!!! I used to work at the mall and when I was really really in a tough spot I would mobile order 1 order of hashbrowns (lol) and after a couple months I think my bank marked it as fraud and they just banned me completely 🤪

It’s not that bad because we’re conditioned to think it’s not that bad. It’s still obnoxious, though. Mobile ordering has gone from a resource for the antisocial to an online barista bully system. We’re all so used to seeing 5+ customizations on stickers. The labor isn’t justified anymore. The only thing ‘easy’ about this drink is that it’s mostly all on hot bar.
