We have the craft training every store will be doing the first two weeks of august that’s probably the day for your pod talk to your SM I scheduled my partners out of their typical availability as well after talking to them
Because it pretty hard to find a middle ground for everyone’s availability

Craft training is a reinvestment in the partners the purpose is to further everyone’s skills on bar both hot and cold as well as coaching to standards for those partners who are already proficient at bar :)

MIDNIGHT?!?! i have so many questions… are you guys drive thru or reserve, why such the long hours? do you even get customers that late, i cant imagine anyone wanting coffee after 8pm unless it’s a big city? even then i don’t see why the need to be open so late? i’m losing my mind here

😂😂😂 trust this was my reaction too! 🥲 Ots in San Diego but I guess it’s cause it’s very close to the us/Mexico boarder there’s constant traffic going through the area. We are a drive though but just a regular Starbucks, & yes we do sell espresso at all hours 😪 a lot of truckers and drivers come through as well as cops and emt. I’m usually a opener so I don’t experiment it but I hear the stories. I will tell you tho I open at 4:30 and will have at least 3/4 cars parked in my DT waiting since 4 for 4:30. 🙃

my store closes at 10 as well and it’s usually matchas, iced tea, or refreshers 🤷‍♀️ there are a few people who like to get lattes but not very many

She told me a couple months ago she was thinking of opening the store at this time and I joked about how no one would show but she really wanted to do it. Now we’re opening at the exact time she said she wanted to. :/
Are managers not allowed to change it because it definitely seems like it was her.

yes! but knowing my manager i don’t think it was an accident. i work nights during school, and i would be surprised if she scheduled me that late just to be petty

It’s the partner hours app! You can’t download it directly from the play store but I highly recommend looking up the android instructions of downloading it :)

yes! it can’t be downloaded straight from the app store, but your SM should have a sheet with a QR code that lets you download it!
