You should be scheduled for a training about once per quarter. They were bad about that at my first store, too. I had like dozens of modules backed up to complete when I finally moved stores lol

We get a lot more training than we used to. It’s not just barista basics.

Like the newest training modules that we all have to do by July 28th or actual Barista training? Or the Crafting training that everyone is gunna do in like two weeks? There’s like three new trainings going on now.
